一. 蒙头的原则（v.1-16）The Principle of Head Coverings

1. 真正的敬拜要尊重神所设立的次序
   True worship must honor God抯 order in creation
   
   
2. 男女的分别反映神三而一的特性（v.3）
       地位同等，功用不同
   God created gender differences to reflect the Trinity
           Equality in essence
           Different in function
   
   
3. 男人女人在家中和教会中各尽其责，发挥功用 （v.7）
   Men and women must embrace their functional- responsibilities in the home and the church

二。擘饼的原则 （v.17-34）The Principle of the Lord抯 Supper

1. 擘饼的意义：纪念主直等祂来 (v.26)
   The meaning of the Supper: In remembrance of the Lord till He comes
   
   
2. 擘餅的態度：按理，省察 （v.27, 28）
   The manner of the Supper: In worthy manner, examine himself
   
   
3. 擘餅的警告：要分辨免得吃喝自己的罪（v.29）
   The warning of the Supper: Eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord抯 body
